Conveyor Belt Scales

A wide range of conveyor belt scales are offered by Process Automation, from the most elementary scales for feed control to certifiable scales for payment purposes. Errors as low as 0,15% of calibrated capacity are achievable.

The range of belt scales is inclusive of thirteen models of loadcell scales and four models of Gamma scales. This ensures that the full range of practical conveyor systems be accommodated, such as standard rubber belt conveyors through chain, bucket, apron, screw and rounded belt applications.

All conveyor belt scales use the same UNIPRO® range of signal processors as is used with our density/mass flow gauges and our continuous level gauge series.

Standard outputs are provided as well as serial connectivity supported in the form of RS-232, RS-422/RS-485.

Fieldbusses supported include: U-Netll, ProfiBus DP and Modbus Plus.
