Conveyor Belt Scales - Certified Payment Scales
These scales have found use in the harsh Mining Industry to eliminate disputes between cost centers, earning it the nickname “The Argument Stopper". The Accuweigh® weigh frame incorporates a long, low-deflection type weigh bridge offering extended scale-born time to minimize the effects of dynamic forces, belt tension variations, as well as material particle size effects. It’s counter-balanced design removes the dead weight (conveyor belt, idlers and weigh bridge) from the measurement. The load cell capacity is selected to measure only the material on the belt, thereby providing greatly improved accuracy. The load cell is mechanically protected against overload and shock. An on-board calibration reference provides a quick and convenient means to check the scale calibration. The conveyor speed is measured by our high-resolution PT-500 all digital tachometer. A Drive Assembly is available as an option to simplify attachment to the speed sensor to the conveyor. Signal processing is performed by our UNIPRO® weighing transmitter. Related Equipment |
